Program Manager
I have been with the Medical College of Wisconsin for 17 years. In 2016, I brought that experience to the Family Medicine Residency as a Program Coordinator. Working in conjunction with the Program Director and Program Manager to maintain ACGME accreditation, I ensure our residents meet graduation requirements; I also manage the resident orientation and evaluation processes. I enjoy coordinating the annual resident recruitment process and the resident graduation. It’s amazing to witness everyone’s transformation from their first day to their last day in residency. The absolute best part of my job is the opportunity to interact with a group of really great people.

Clinic Manager
As the program manager for the FMR, I bring fifteen years of nursing experience that supports an effective and efficient approach to healthcare. Within my role, I work with all aspects of our team, including our residents, to support communication and collaboration. It is my goal to ensure things run as smooth as possible, which maximizes the residency experience, while also supporting a family centered experience for our patients at the Menomonee Falls location!

Education Program Coordinator III
I serve on the administrative team as a coordinator for the program. I have been with the Family Medicine Residency since 2018. During that time, I have had the privilege of welcoming the best and brightest interns into the program. In the blink of an eye – I have watched those same outstanding professionals grow tremendously and graduate. I am responsible for coordinating rotations and didactics for our residents to ensure a comprehensive and dynamic educational experience. I enjoy working with the faculty, residents and staff. We really are “family” here.

Administrative Assistant
I joined the administrative team in 2021. With me I bring years of experience in coordinating projects, along with other administrative tasks. I work closely with the program director and the other members of the administrative staff regarding schedules, creating procedures and making sure things are running smooth. I support other areas of the clinic, including managing the medical student program. It is such a pleasure to work with such enthusiastic students, seeing them learning and being exposed to the clinic environment. I truly enjoy working and being with my “work family”, we have a great staff!

Administrative Assistant
I joined the administrative team in late 2024.  I have worked in an administrative capacity for my entire career!!   Working with the Family Medical Residency team, I track residents statistics, maintain electronic files on each resident, and have many recurring responsibilities related to resident attendance and procedures.  Each member of the team has a collaborative role associated with the residency program, and all are very qualified, professional and a pleasure to work with!
